IVs last week; Venipunctures this today.
Who knew I’d ever be inserting IVs or doing anything medical related.

Happy Armed Forces Day! We sometimes laugh and joke about stereotypes associated with the different services but at the end of the day we all have the same mission, “Protecting the freedom of this great country!” It has now been proven in this generation that one service can not do it alone and each depend on one another to ensure that mission is won. Service men and women… I salute you!
New people - New relationships - Good Bye
I found that the hardest part with being in the Military is…
Not Basic Training. Not the gas chamber. Not the Tech School.
It’s meeting new people, developing new relationships and having to say “Goodbye.” Having to go on your separate ways not knowing when you’ll run into each other again.

We were just notified that the Westboro church will be outside the gates of our base this weekend, along with many news stations…
It’ll be a tough weekend but we will ALL be wearing our uniform with pride and continue our day as usual.
